Ol Roy

To the best of my knowledge only Walmart stocks this rubbish. It is the type of food you never want to feed you animal at home for a number of reasons. It has very low nutritional value and the ingredients are simply not good. It has other issues with it preservatives.

There are only two products listed on this website that really don’t below with anything human or animal. Ol Roy is one of them the other being Kibbles & Bits and it makes me wonder why don’t people read the package ingredients.

For starters this food contains BHA which causes cancer in people and dogs. From time to time they have also needed to recall it for salmonella poisoning. Look at the ingredients. Its just loads of grains including corn syrup which is sweet and will give you the idea that the dog likes the food. Its like a kid getting a happy meal. They will get rotten teeth from this. There is a bit of chicken by-product and chicken digest aka chicken stomachs and innards.

Good Points:

None! Its crap.

Ground yellow corn, soybean meal, ground whole wheat, corn syrup, poultry fat, Meat and bone meal (Animal Fat Preserved with BHA and Citric Acid), Chicken by-product Meal, Rice, Animal Digest, Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Potassium Chloride, Choline Chloride, Ferrous Sulfate, Zinc Oxide, Vitamin D and E Supplement, Niacin, Copper Sulafate, Manganous Oxide, Vitamin A Supplement, Calcium Pantothenate, Biotin, Vitamin B12 Supplement, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Mononitrate, Meadione Sodium Bisulfite Complex Source of Vitamin K, Calcium Iodate, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Riboflavin Supplement, Cobalt Carbonate, Folic Acid, Sodium Selenite, Folic Acid
